The check-in process was SLOW. I waited longer than expected to get my room assigned. The air conditioning in the room seemed to have a mind of its own (which I found annoying). Even when I set it to a higher temperature, it kept blasting cold air. I often had to turn it off completely during the night. The music near the pool was also a bit LOUD in the evenings.

I LOVE the free boat service. It goes to cool spots. The hotel rooms are ALWAYS so clean, a HUGE plus. The hotel decor, I MEAN, it is beautiful everywhere. I appreciate that the staff are always ready to help, which makes my stay that much better.
The pool felt more like a water feature than a proper swimming pool.

The hotel location allows boat transfers. It is perfect. The hotel has a free shuttle boat. It takes you to several places. It is easy to use taxis or buses to reach different attractions.

Staff members are friendly. They are always ready to fulfill EVERY request. The check in was so smooth, as well as the service. The hotel staff were very quick. They reassured us.

The breakfast spread could use more variety. The menu repeated over four days. i discovered an overcharge upon checkout and am awaiting a refund. it has been a month since my last stay.

The staff was friendly and the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was great. I appreciated the complimentary river boat shuttle. It offered a convenient way to explore nearby attractions.
The hotel layout felt strange. I found it difficult to navigate to my room building. The pool seemed more like a water feature than a proper pool. It lacked shade.
